Returns/Exchanges

We will be happy to process one free return or exchange on any unused full priced items and undamaged SAOLA Shoes. The shoes have to be purchased on SAOLAshoes.com and the request must be made within 30 days after the delivery date. Additional returns or exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

All products must be returned in original packaging. Shoes returned with damaged or missing packaging are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Returns on sale items are to be paid by customer.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the products at our warehouse.

If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return shoes directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.

Warranty

SAOLA shoes offers a 6-month warranty for any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse, or use of product for unintended purposes. Warranties may be submitted up to six months after the original date of purchase.

If you purchased shoes directly from our online store, please email hi@saolashoes.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos detailing your issue.

If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return shoes directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.
