Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Information

Returns/Exchanges

We will be happy to process returns or exchanges on any unused and undamaged SAOLA Shoes purchased on SAOLAShoes.com within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be returned in original packaging. Shoes returned with damaged or missing packaging are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Return shipping for one exchange is on us (excluding HI and AK). All other return shipping costs to be paid by customer. Not valid on sale items, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To process return, email connect@saolashoes.com with your order number and return or exchange request. We will review and then refund, credit, or replace.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the products at our warehouse.

If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return shoes directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.

Warranty

SAOLA shoes offers a 6-month warranty against any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse, or use of product for unintended purposes. Warranties man be submitted up to six months from the original date of purchase, with proof of purchase. If you purchased shoes directly from our online store, please email connect@saolashoes.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos detailing your issue.

If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return shoes directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.
